Who is behind Ten8?

Ten8 was founded in 2025 in San Jose, California by Ivan Tsybaev, the creator of Trucker Path — the most-used app for truck drivers in the United States. Building Trucker Path meant a decade inside the freight industry, talking to the drivers and brokers who keep it moving.

That experience shaped a simple observation: brokerage work lives on the phone. Carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, check calls — the highest-value work in a brokerage is voice work, and it is exactly the work that doesn't scale. Hiring more reps raises costs faster than coverage; after-hours calls go to voicemail; check calls eat dispatcher days.

Ten8 exists to make that phone work scale: an AI coworker that talks to carriers, instead of another dashboard or email tool.
